HOW TO ENJOY GHIA

MOJITOASTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • .5 oz agave simple syrup
  • Few sprigs of fresh mint for muddling and garnish

RECIPE

In a shaker glass, add mint, simple syrup and lime juice then muddle all together until the mint starts changing the color of the liquid. Add Ghia and scoop of ice. Shake well and vigorously. Pour all in a highball glass. Top off with some sparkling water and garnish with some fresh mint leaves. Drink endlessly.

I LOVE YUZU

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • .5 oz yuzu juice
  • 1.5 oz sparkling water
  • Yuzu or shiso leaf for garnish

RECIPE

Mix Ghia with yuzu juice and simple syrup. Add a splash of sparkling water in a low ball glass. Stir and serve on the rocks with a yuzu leaf as garnish.

THE HI LIFE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • 1 oz tonic
  • Crushed rose petal
  • Fresh sage leaf

 

RECIPE

Pour 2 oz Ghia into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Add 1 oz tonic and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with crushed rose petal and fresh sage leaf.
