"Wilderton is delicious and unexpected in the best way. I have tried tons of NA drinks and I love that this features a distilled tea so it actually has a complex flavor. I tried it with the recommended cocktail of ginger ale and a splash of OJ which didn't sound like a good combination but it was delicious and well-balanced. I can't wait to try it with coldbrew and other drink combinations. Definitely recommend!"

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Wilderton Earthen
- 1.5 oz beet juice
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz ginger-honey syrup
- dianthus flowers, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing tin, combine Earthen, beet juice, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup. Add ice and shake well. Double-strain into a coupe and garnish with the dianthus blooms.
